Day to day duties :
Start the day by turning on the machines and ensuring proper warm-up
before operations begin.
Perform first-piece inspections to verify machine setup accuracy and
part alignment.
Run the initial 5 to 10 pieces, then submit them to the quality
department for approval.
Double-check parts for accuracy and ensure they meet medical-grade
standards throughout the production process.
Operate and monitor the grinding machine, performing regular checks
on parts during the day to maintain precision and quality.
Address and manage changeovers between jobs, including executing
the necessary setup procedures for new parts.
Troubleshoot any challenges during setups and production to ensure
smooth workflow and minimize downtime
Must Have’s :
3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist or Grinder Machinist in a
manufacturing or machining environment.
Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Flexibility to work overtime or adjust shifts as needed.
