We are seeking a Helpdesk Specialist III to join our dynamic team at TGTG, LLC. In this role, you will provide high-level technical support and customer service to ensure our clients' IT systems operate smoothly. Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware and software issues across various platforms.
- Assist users with desktop support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via helpdesk ticketing systems such as Jira.
- Implement and maintain firewall configurations and VPN connections as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions for future reference and training purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably at a Level III helpdesk position.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop support practices.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with firewall management and VPN technologies is a plus.
- Experience using helpdesk ticketing systems like Jira for issue tracking.
