Harvest Restaurant Supervisor Job Description
Wage: $14-16/hour
Shift: Part time

Responsibilities:
Assist manager and assistant manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Harvest Restaurant.
Perform any comps/voids/discounts.
Validate staff checkouts at the end of each shift.
Ensure proper cash handling.
Log daily information including Daily Base Count, Sales, and Labor.
Perform any necessary functions of the Manager when they aren’t present.
Provide and ensures there is remarkable guest service and a clean orderly environment.
Motivates and helps manage team members.
Assists with the constant improvement and growth of team members and the guest experience.
Helps handle and resolve guest complaints in a positive manner to ensure remarkable guest services.

Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.

Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude including guest service skills and abilities.
Ability to make decisions independently and work effectively as a team member.
Must have excellent organizational skills.
Available to work varied hours lunch or dinner shifts 10am – 5 pm or 4 pm – 10 pm shifts.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Experience in customer service, and hospitality preferred but not required.
One year of experience in a supervisory role.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Pass a background check.
Be at least 16 years old.
