We are the largest custom cabinet manufacturer in Colorado, and we create dream spaces through superior customer experiences. We are seeking a Project Coordinator who has a passion for organization and customer service. We are team oriented and seek a core value fit to work with our Project Management team. We need a person who loves working with people, who is organized, who embraces communication with multiple departments, embraces change management, and has a desire to grow and learn.
A Tharp Project Coordinator will:
- Have superior organizational and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Drive results through effective communication and project planning.
- Always consider the customer first while delivering quality and timeliness in closing jobs.
- Overcome setbacks quickly and work with the Project Manager and internal teams to effectively finish projects on time, on budget, and of superior quality.
- Develop methods for staying organized while making sure no emails or phone calls are missed.
- Influence behaviors that allow for positive actions and accountability in their assigned work.
- Assist the Project Manager with preparing and documenting outcomes from team meetings.
- Follow up on action items assigned to internal team members.
- Attend daily QDIP meeting to gather action items assigned to the Project Managers and follow up to get resolution.
- Analyze individual short orders to drive to root cause and communicate the root cause to the appropriate internal teams.

Education or Formal Training:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of direct work experience in a project or construction management capacity, preferred but not required.
- Proven experience working independently and in a team environment.
- Experience working with construction projects relating to finishing trades a plus.
- Solid working knowledge of the construction/general contracting sector of business.
- Engineering/CAD experience a plus.
- Scrappy- Do more with less, quickly.
