What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Coordinator position at The Aagard Group?

Typical Day:
- Serve as the main customer contact, working closely with the Applications Engineer to manage all aspects of customer engagement for NSOs.
- Help organize customer calls and internal meetings to ensure clear communication and coordination.
- Document discussions from both internal and external meetings, track follow-ups, and manage action items in our Customer Relationship (CMR) system.
- Process purchase orders for new machine sales and coordinate the transition of sold projects to the Project Management team.
- Maintain and update task lists to ensure timely completion of responsibilities for both you and the Applicaitons Engineer.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field plus 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Experience working in the packaging equipment industry is beneficial, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Handle confidential information with tact and discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel as required, with 1-2 trips annually
