Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Head of Fulfillment to lead and grow our fulfillment & printing operations. As the primary business leader for a small, dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategy, managing day-to-day operations, and fostering a culture of excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in printing & fulfillment operations, client relationship management, and team leadership, with a focus on driving efficiency, innovation, and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Oversee all aspects of fulfillment and printing operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

• Equipment Management: Source equipment such as printers, envelope printers, and cutters, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Client Account Servicing: Manage client relationships, address service issues, and fulfill requests for new services, including printing, fulfillment, and kitting.

• Pricing and Cost Management: Develop and maintain pricing strategies for services and products, and negotiate with paper vendors and other suppliers to improve cost efficiencies.

• Business Development: Drive initiatives to achieve revenue goals by identifying growth opportunities, launching new service lines, optimizing strategies, and overseeing the successful implementation of new business partnerships.

• Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.

• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

• Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainability.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience in a senior operations or leadership role within the fulfillment, printing, or logistics industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of printing and fulfillment equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and coordinate maintenance.
• Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in developing pricing strategies and managing supplier negotiations.
• Demonstrated success in business development, from lead generation to client onboarding.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a focus on detail and results.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost management.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred but not required based on experience).
• 5 years of relevant experience in fulfillment, printing, or related industries.
• Technical proficiency with warehouse management systems and fulfillment technologies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary Range: $80,000 
• Profit Sharing: On Target share at 20% of base salary (no cap)
