The Job Coach will work with individuals with disabilities, helping to learn, accommodate and perform their duties, in the work environment. The goal of the Job Coach is to increase knowledge, understanding, and help provide a path for success and independence in the workplace.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop effective job coaching and individualized employment plans
- Communicate with clients to understand goals, and ambitions
- Assessing the client and the work environment for potential barriers to successful employment
- Assisting clients to overcome personal barriers
- Monitor and evaluate progress of clients
- Encourage and foster independence in the workplace

Knowledge/Experience Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong crisis management skills preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to collaborate and work well with others

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
