Are you passionate about insurance contracts and product innovation? Join our Contract Strategy & Design team as we build a best-in-class Small Commercial Business Owners (BOP) and Package product. This role supports multiple lines of business, including business owners, Crime, Farm, General Liability, Inland Marine, Package, Property, and Umbrella.
As a Contract Strategy & Design consultant, you will collaborate cross-functionally to develop policy and contract language, conduct competitive research, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for someone with insurance contract expertise, strong analytical skills, and a drive for innovation.
Key Responsibilities for the Commercial Insurance Product Manager
- Policy & Contract Development: Design and refine policy language for new and existing insurance products.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct research to inform contract recommendations and maintain market competitiveness.
- Regulatory & Compliance Review: Ensure contract language aligns with legal and industry standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Strategy, Underwriting, Pricing, Legal, Claims, and Technology teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to enhance efficiency in contract development.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Insurance Contract Expertise: Experience reviewing, interpreting, and applying insurance policy contracts (personal, commercial, or health/accident lines).
✔ Industry Experience: Background in Insurance, Contract/Product Development, Claims, Underwriting, or Compliance (3-5 years).
✔ Project Management Skills: Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives independently.
✔ Communication & Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking, influencing, and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Technical Proficiency: Experience using Adobe, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to present business cases and solutions.
