The position is ideal for an attorney eager to take on meaningful responsibilities in a dynamic practice area while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented team. Successful candidates will bring excellent written and oral communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the initiative to thrive as a motivated self-starter, supported by strong academic credentials and professional references.

In this position you will:

  • Enjoy opportunities for career advancement within a supportive and collegial environment.
  • Work in a close-knit, small office setting while leveraging the extensive resources of a nationally recognized firm.
  • Benefit from robust training programs designed to foster increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Participate in business development initiatives to build and strengthen client relationships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various practice groups and office locations to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Bring prior law firm experience in private equity transactions and a proven ability to interact directly with clients.
  • Have been licensed to practice law since 2021 or earlier, reflecting a solid foundation in the field.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and a practical understanding of client needs.
  • Possess exceptional academic credentials from both law school and undergraduate studies, along with stellar professional references.
  • Thrive in a team-oriented environment while contributing unique perspectives.
  • Show a genuine passion for cultivating relationship-building skills, both within the firm and with external stakeholders.
  • Offer experiences that equip them to collaborate effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Be a proactive, highly motivated self-starter with the adaptability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving practice.
  • Exhibit outstanding written and oral communication skills, paired with sharp analytical abilities.

Attorneys in this role enjoy:

  • Competitive compensation and benefits tailored to a small office atmosphere within a mid-sized firm committed to employee well-being.
  • A comprehensive suite of quality benefit programs, including paid time off, health insurance, vision and dental coverage, a 401(k) with employer match, life insurance, and additional offerings (a full list is available upon request).
  • Workplace flexibility to support a healthy work-life balance.
  • Personalized, one-on-one career coaching and abundant professional development opportunities to fuel long-term success.

To apply, please submit:

  • A detailed resume highlighting all significant and relevant professional experiences.
  • A representative deal sheet showcasing your transactional background.
  • A cover letter outlining your interest and qualifications for the role.
