Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food and service. Duties:
- Plan and execute menus for lunch, and dinner services
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring presentation and taste meet high standards
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as necessary
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
- Coordinate with servers and other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Oversee catering and banquet events, including menu planning and execution
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a focus on kitchen operations
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of food management, including menu planning, food service, and kitchen management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
