What the Business Development and Solutions Manager will do:
- Research recruitment market opportunities and identify and develop new recruitment opportunities for direct hire, professional, and executive placements
- Convert leads into customers through use of effective communication and closing techniques
- Identify new prospects, source open opportunities and uncover leads using the internet, email outreach and other methods, including social media campaigns, professional associations, and business networks
- Collaborate with client hiring managers to fully understand their needs, outline recruiting processes, educate and inform on the time-to-hire/market conditions, and set up meeting cadence to ensure continuous feedback
- Attend network events representing TAC and forming connections
- Cross-collaborate within the Business Development Team and promote cross-functional services
- Create content for marketing opportunities and prepare and present educational presentations spotlighting recruitment topics
- Effectively use and update the applicant tracking system in collaboration with the Executive Recruiter
- Participate in job and internship career fairs throughout the year
- Update Salesforce regularly and schedule appropriate LinkedIn and other social media postings weekly
- Increase long-term value through establishing business in new markets and building meaningful partnerships
The Business Development and Solutions Manager will need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality and professional work
- 3 years Business to Business Sales experience
- An ambitious, outgoing personality and ethical focused sales skills
- Ideal candidate has recruiting, RPO, PEO agency experience; or a full understanding of the recruitment process
- Strategic mindset, open and out-going personality with effective communication and presentation skills
- Salesforce knowledge a plus, CRM knowledge preferred
- Microsoft Office experience required
