The Arc Greater Hudson Valley NY is seeking a full-time Residential Program Director to join our team in Dutchess County, NY!

Locations: Provide oversight to several residences located throughout Dutchess County, NY
Schedule: Customarily Monday through Friday with occasional weekends, evening, and overnight hours based on Program need. On call responsibilities are also required.
Residential Program Director Responsibilities:
- Supervises the total operations and overall functioning of assigned group Residences including overseeing billing, transportation, staff, scheduling, staff training, etc.
- Ensures compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience working in an organization providing services to intellectual/developmentally disabled individuals.
- All positions require a valid, clean NYS driver’s license with a minimum of one year driving experience with a Class D license.
