Job Summary
The AWC Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the AWC Program by overseeing administrative, operational, and compliance-related tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines. The AWC Coordinator must uphold the mission and values of The Arc, including advocating for individual rights, promoting self-determination, fostering community inclusion, and recognizing the strengths and needs of individuals and families.
Required Qualifications
· A valid driver’s license.
· Criminal and/or FBI background checks and other clearances as required by PA Department of Human Services regulations.
· Current and ongoing physical if required by PA Department of Human Services regulations.
