What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator Fleet FT position at The Arc of Monroe?
Assists the Supervisor, Fleet in providing repair, registration, inspection, recall management, vehicle transfers to and from repair shops, and respond to breakdowns and emergencies for all agency vehicles Assume Supervisor Fleet duties when needed. Provides transportation to and from programs for adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities as needed. When acting as a Vehicle Operator, will ensure the safety of the vehicle for operation, assist ambulatory and wheelchair-bound individuals in entering and exiting the vehicle, and ensure everyone is properly seated and secured, providing assistance when required.
Minimum Education & Experience

- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid NYS Commercial Driving License class C, P endorsement with no restrictions
- Must meet requirements for DOT & 19A certification
- Must be able to pass bi-annual 19A physical
- Must maintain current required certifications as designated by the agency including but not limited to: First Aid/CPR
- Basic Outlook, Microsoft Access, & Powerpoint
- Intermediate Word & Excel
