As the Social Enterprise Supervisor, you'll lead daily operations, inspire a team of baristas and interns, and deliver top-notch customer experiences. From crafting the perfect latte to managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring a clean, welcoming space, you'll keep things running smoothly. You'll also play a key role in marketing, public relations events, and sharing our story with customers. Work Location: Canandaigua, NY
Schedule: 730am-330pm Tue-Sat; Flexibility in schedule required to meet agency needs.

Responsibilities
- Oversight of inventory management, ensuring that all items are ordered in a timely fashion as to not impact business functions.
- Prepare or serve food items as well as hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas. Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards.
- Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develops a rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks and food items.

Requirements
- Two years' experience as a barista or similar customer service position.
- One year of relevant supervisory experience or a combination of education/experience.
Salary : $18 - $20
