Essential Duties Responsibilities
· Lead the development, implementation, and annual review of the firm’s marketing strategy.
· Oversee the creation and execution of content across various platforms, including the website, proposals, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media.
· Manage RFP processes, including tracking, content creation, and design layout.
· Guide the development of qualifications, award submissions, and presentation materials.
· Execute successful marketing campaigns across digital and print media, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
· Spearhead public relations efforts, including strategic planning with the firm’s PR agency, press releases, and media relations.
· Conduct research on clients, market trends, and background information to support business development and strategic growth efforts.
· Maintain and oversee updates on marketing collateral, including templates and project data within the marketing department database.
· Review and refine persuasive writing and strategic messaging across various mediums, including project descriptions, proposal narratives, digital marketing copy, and firm communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the firm’s voice.
· Organize project photography, managing the editing and utilization of visual assets.
· Review and provide strategic input on graphic design projects, ensuring alignment with the firm’s brand standards and marketing goals.
· Lead the strategic redesign of the firm’s website, ensuring it reflects the brand’s vision, enhances user experience, and aligns with overall marketing objectives.
· Support and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
· A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the A/E/C industry.
· Proven experience in a management role with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign is required, and familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop, WordPress, and MailChimp is preferred.
· Exceptional writing and graphic design abilities, with a sharp attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or accuracy.
· Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to challenges.
