About the Role
Seeking a Program Manager I to support its Business Lighting Programs, which help commercial and industrial customers adopt energy-efficient lighting solutions. This role is critical for driving sustainability, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing rebate programs across multiple jurisdictions (SD, NM, CO, MN).
Key Responsibilities
β Program Management: Work alongside the existing Program Manager to execute and enhance energy efficiency programs.
β Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth program delivery.
β Performance Tracking: Monitor program effectiveness, analyze data, and contribute to reporting on key metrics.
β Customer & Vendor Support: Engage with businesses and vendors to assist with rebate programs and implementation.
β Operational Execution: Handle logistics, documentation, and budgeting to keep initiatives on track.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Review emails, provide program updates, and align with marketing & product teams.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and regulatory teams; support customer inquiries and rebate applications.
- Analyze program performance, report on key metrics, and strategize for continuous improvement.
This role is dynamic and requires adaptability based on customer needs and shifting priorities.

Ideal Candidate
π― Experience: 1-3 years in program/project management, preferably in regulated industries.
π Technical Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams), Jira. Salesforce experience is a plus.
π£ Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and adaptability.
π Preferred: Lean or Agile training, experience in large corporate/matrixed environments.
