Responsibilities
- Works closely with the Sr. Manager of Pricing to optimize Aspen Dental's pricing and discounting strategy across Aspen's 1,100 practices
- Reviews monthly pricing / discounting performance, and compares it to forecast, highlighting major variances and commenting on causes
- Provides quarterly and annual analyses for Senior Management
- Creates ad hoc reports and analysis as requested
- Has full understanding of how key metrics are derived and what they imply
- Applies strong problem-solving skills to analyze business performance, highlight areas of opportunity, and develop insights to support business decision-making
- Develops financial modeling to gain insights and provide recommendations
- Involved in creation and distribution of reporting and data visualizations to the field offices
- Custom builds and models complex data sets based on various business needs
Minimum Education and Experience
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
