Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support house managers and direct support counselors. Ensure staffing needs are met while managing costs.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements. Monitor and address quality assurance.
- Manage budgets for residences, ensuring efficient use of resources like petty cash, groceries, and supplies.
- Provide regular supervision, feedback, and training to empower staff and promote high performance.
- Oversee medical appointment coordination, medication management, and resident health needs.
- High school diploma required; college degree or certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience with in-depth knowledge of service delivery, compliance, and operational management.
- Excellent written and oral communication, sound judgment, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with Jewish identity, including religious, ethical, and cultural values, is highly desirable.
- Hybrid Environment: Flexibility to work both remotely and in-office as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to operate standard office equipment and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
