What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Finance position at the ASSURANCE group?
Established NYC company is seeking a Director of Finance to join their team. The Director of Finance will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Manage the finance department's operations.
- Work with the CEO and VP of Operations on company strategy and provide working solutions to aid in company growth
- Review the monthly closing for the main entity and offer bookkeeping assistance to affiliated entities
- Prepare and present weekly cash forecasting and other financial reports to management for review.
- Collaborate with the design team to calculate and process weekly payroll through ADP Workforce, while overseeing human resources management.
- Evaluate and enhance accounting procedures.
- Handle tax filings with relevant reporting agencies.
- Assist the CEO with various day-to-day activities.
