What You’ll Do:
- Assist the sales team in engaging with prospective residents and their families
- Learn and support the full sales process, from initial inquiry to move-in
- Host community tours and events, creating an inviting experience for visitors
- Build relationships and follow up with potential residents
- Track and update lead information in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed occupancy goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Some experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality (retail, real estate, or senior living a plus!)
- A positive attitude, high energy, and eagerness to learn
- Strong communication and listening skills—you're a natural at making people feel heard and valued
- Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems
