Core Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional digital initiatives, including TimberTech.com enhancements, email/CRM projects, and digital product development.
- Define project scopes, business requirements, and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Partner with UX, IT, and other digital leadership teams to define, prioritize, and execute digital initiatives.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across the enterprise, including engineering, brand, other platforms, and business unit partners, to ensure alignment and shared ownership of initiatives.
- Identify dependencies within the digital team and across the enterprise to inform roadmaps and project plans.
- Organize and lead stakeholder meetings to gather input, align priorities, and track progress.
- Ensure stakeholders are engaged, informed of program progress and status, and secure necessary approvals to move initiatives forward.
- Demonstrate the value and necessity of linking tactical plans to the overall strategic plan, driving clarity and alignment at all levels.
- Continuously evaluate and improve workflows, tools, and processes to streamline execution and maximize efficiency.
- Implement best practices for sprint execution, production releases, and quality assurance.
- Oversee sprint planning and execution for TimberTech.com and other digital products, ensuring timely delivery of enhancements and new features.
- Collaborate with UX, stakeholders, and design teams to ensure all digital initiatives meet user experience standards.
- Partner with teams to optimize email and CRM workflows, ensuring alignment with broader digital goals.
Project Management Expertise:
- 3 - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional digital project management.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Must have a deep sense of personal accountability
- Be able to drive alignment and work cross functionally in a collaborative way
- Familiarity with website management, UX design, digital marketing (email/CRM), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of CMS platforms and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with Web and mobile Web technology platforms; CMS, Analytics, CDP, Personalization, Personas, A/B testing, journey mapping, Front-End frameworks, etc.
- Proven ability to link tactical plans to broader business strategies.
- Experience using data to measure project performance and drive improvements.
- Must be able to identify and collaboratively solve problems while improving and optimizing operational processes.
- Must be able to think expansively and demonstrate curiosity towards continuous improvements.
- Proactively develop your own skill set through industry-based learning opportunities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Salary : $110,000 - $137,200
