- Monitor dogs during playtime to ensure safety and positive interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote memberships and services.
- Oversee and maintain clean and organized areas for boarding dogs and the facility.
Required Qualifications:
- A passion for working with animals and people.
- Dependable, hardworking, and a team player.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and interact with dogs for extended periods.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle pet parents' concerns professionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in pet care, boarding, or grooming facilities.
- Basic knowledge of dog behavior and handling techniques.
- First aid or CPR certification for pets is a plus.
