The Bark Park Leader

Job Summary: The Bark Park Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring a positive experience for both dogs and their owners. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to building a welcoming community.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities, ensuring smooth operations across all areas.
• Lead and support team members, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Monitor dogs during playtime to ensure safety and positive interactions.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote memberships and services.
• Oversee and maintain clean and organized areas for boarding dogs and the facility.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for animals and creating a welcoming community for pets and their owners.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.14 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
