We are seeking an experienced Vice President with a proven track record in sourcing, originating, and executing deals in the data center and digital infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry relationships, strong investment acumen, and hands-on transaction experience to drive deal flow and portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Sourcing & Origination: Identify, source, and originate investment opportunities within data centers, digital infrastructure, and energy sectors.
- Transaction Execution: Lead all aspects of deal execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, structuring, and negotiations.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee and enhance the performance of portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Market & Industry Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support investment theses and identify emerging opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry executives, investment bankers, advisors, and other key market participants.
Qualifications:
- Current Vice President or Principal at a private equity firm with a focus on Data Centers, Digital Infrastructure, or Energy investments.
- Demonstrated track record of sourcing, executing, and managing investments within these sectors.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and transaction execution capabilities.
- Asset management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and investment partners.
