Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Answer and manage phone systems, ensuring all calls are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
Skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in front desk operations or as a personal assistant is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus.
