Purpose of this role: To help create a warm and inviting guest experience with STELLAR client service by assisting the owner, manager, and team members in the day-to-day operational functions of the spa. The successful candidate will be able to manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency, enthusiasm, and keen attention to detail.

THIS POSITION IS STRICTLY AN ADMINISTRATIVE POSITION and will not result in moving into a treatment room if you're an esthetician.
This role reports to: Manager, Spa Operations and the Owner/Lead Esthetician
Key Duties of this role:
Client Engagement (45% time allocation):
- First point of contact - greeting clients in a warm and welcoming way upon arrival
- Check-out customers on the software system and reschedule their follow up appointments
- Handle walk-in sales for the retail store. Product knowledge and ability to educate the client
- Answering the phone and returning client text messages in a professional and courteous manner
- Keep track of products on backorder for clients and notify upon arrival
- Follow-up with clients on customer experience
- Send thank you and birthday cards to clients
Spa Operations (40% time allocation):
Inventory Management
- Track back-orders for clients and notify upon arrival
- Assist the Manager with conducting monthly inventory
Appointment Management
- Schedule appointments efficiently and precisely
- Confirm appointments
Merchandising
- Restock products in the retail area on an as-needed basis
- Maintain a clean and organized retail area
Spa Care and Maintenance
- Coordinate cleaning and linen service
- General cleaning as necessary to ensure the spa is immaculate at all times
- Maintain fresh flowers and water plants
- Maintain a supply of tea and client refreshments
Team Support (15% time allocation):
- Anticipate needs of team members
- Keep the schedule running on time
- Assist in room turnover between clients
- Support an atmosphere of teamwork
- Run errands for supplies and events

Qualifications:

Previous Experience:
