As our Customer Service Rep, you’ll play a key role in keeping our agency running smoothly. You’ll assist with insurance-related administrative tasks, support customer service efforts, and ensure efficient office operations.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Process insurance documents, applications, and policy changes
✅ Manage client records and maintain accurate documentation
✅ Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism
✅ Support the agent with scheduling, data entry, and general office tasks
✅ Assist with billing, payments, and claims follow-ups
✅ Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and agency procedures
What We’re Looking For:
