Primary Responsibilities
- First responder to answer phones, transfer calls as needed or leave messages as directed
- Maintain company phone list, organizational charts and emergency information
- Greet and sign in visitors / service providers, issue a visitors’ badge and escort as needed or direct them to person of contact
- Deposit and pick up mail. Open, date, and distribute mail to the correct person / department
- Maintain copier and keep copy room organized
- Meeting organization
- Office calendar and schedule organization
- Birthdays, ordering and food pick up
- Assist Senior HR and Safety Manager with any reports or other tasks
- Miscellaneous Office Events : Lunches, Company Celebrations (Christmas and Anniversary Party), Organize Annual Company Meeting, Wedding / Baby Showers
- Reserve hotel rooms for Blackhawk Employees & Guests
- Coordinate crew car schedule
- Conduct airport badge audits, notify airport of any terminations or lost badges
- Execute any tasks outlined in Blackhawk’s Health and Safety Polic
- Support other staff with miscellaneous requests as may be needed from time to time
- Assist with meeting notes, as needed
