We are a privately-owned office business center provider with multiple locations in the Midwest.
We have an immediate opening for a part-time, permanent position as a Client Services Specialist (Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist) at our location in Dublin, Ohio. This position requires excellent Customer Service skills in a flexible workspace office environment, servicing professional clients.
Some of the duties include: greeting our clients and their business associates as they enter the building, mail handling, answering phones, preparing conference rooms for meetings, and providing administrative assistance to clients.
This is an hourly position with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.
Approximate hours per week: 25 (9:00pm - 2:00pm, Monday - Friday)
