Role Overview:
Our client (Hedge Fund based in NYC and West Palm, Florida) is seeking a skilled ISDA/Prime Brokerage Attorney with a strong background in legal documentation and agreements related to prime brokerage, ISDAs, MCAs, and repos. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a keen ability to navigate complex legal frameworks and support our dynamic trading and investment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate ISDA agreements, Master Confirmation Agreements (MCAs), and Prime Brokerage documentation.
- Advise on legal issues related to repo transactions and other securities financing arrangements.
- Provide guidance on complex derivative structures and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in the context of legal agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including trading desks, risk management, and compliance teams, to manage legal risks.
- Monitor and analyze relevant legal and regulatory developments, providing timely advice to the organization.
Compensation: Approximately $180000 on Base, 30-40% Bonus Target
