Friendly and growing manufacturing company on the SE side of Columbus is looking for an accountant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in various areas. This candidate must bring analytical and organizational skills to support the accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the department heads to understand and ensure the accuracy of all financial reporting activities.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial statements
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to the monthly close schedule
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- 1-4 years experience in accounting
- Exposure to Infor is ideal
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in person in SE Columbus, Ohio
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
