Automotive ADAS Specialist

As an Automotive ADAS Specialist at The Boyd Group, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, testing and repairing vehicles, generating invoices, controlling inventory, and maintaining service vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine testing and analysis by communicating with shop representatives and reviewing all estimates for repair.
• Perform diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations, and analysis.
• Repair vehicle wiring.
• Advise shop of needed repairs.
• Maintain inventory of stock, communicate with support staff for needed orders and verify order receipts.
• Collect signature or payment for work performed.
• Deliver completed invoices and payments to the office in an orderly manner.
• Collaborate with teammates according to PPT guidelines to schedule/complete jobs.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of OE scan tools.
• Ability to learn new tools as needed.
• Knowledge of wiring repair procedures.
• Ability to service A/C systems.
• Possess diagnostic skills in the automotive trade.
• Basic computer knowledge, including using email, spreadsheet, and messaging systems.
• Willing and able to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications, and the like.
• Must possess a high school degree or GED equivalent.
• 4-10 years related service technician experience required.
