What are the responsibilities and job description for the Purchasing Staff position at The Brain Computer Corporation?
We are looking for a Purchasing Staff to order computers, office supplies, and other computer products and office equipment based on our client's specification.
It includes researching new suppliers, tracking deliveries, and updating order records.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Source and evaluate computers, office equipment and other computer products from suppliers.
Negotiate the best and most cost-effective contracts and deals.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Perform inventory inspections and reorder supplies and stock as necessary.
Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
Follow up with suppliers to confirm or change orders.
REQUIREMENTS :
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.
Working experience in a purchasing position an advantage.
Knowledgeable in MS application like MS Excel and MS Word.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Preferably NCR residents.
