Our Country Club is looking for a Club Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the Membership Manager and General Manager in managing day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be an organized individual with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Provide administrative support to the Membership Manager and General Manager
- Process guest cards, new member applications and membership renewals
- Manage monthly mailings and respond to general member inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate prospective member tours
- Edit and proofread written communication sent to members on a monthly basis
- Plan and execute member events, ensuring they are well-organized and run smoothly
- Follow up on member challenges and issues, providing timely and efficient resolutions
- Assist with maintenance of membership accounts/collections and create reports for the General Manager as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive, positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others
Salary : $37,900 - $48,000
