Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Manage and organize files, documents, and records
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist pastors as needed
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents accurately
- Computerize data entry tasks efficiently
- Assist in keeping the offices, main foyer, and bathrooms neat and tidy.
- Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or office administration preferred
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Experience as a personal assistant is beneficial
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Ability to computerize tasks effectively
- Worked in a church environment is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
