Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand our reach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a deep understanding of corporate training solutions, and a passion for helping organizations communicate with clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Sales Strategy: Design and implement a sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Lead the Sales Team: Manage and guide the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Identify & Close New Business Opportunities: Actively engage in sales efforts by identifying and closing new business opportunities, ensuring personal contribution to revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis & Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to grow The Brief Lab’s footprint.
- Collaboration with Marketing & Leadership: Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with branding and product offerings.
- Sales Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators to optimize sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven sales leadership experience in complex B2B sales, corporate training, or consulting.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
- Experience in professional development, corporate training, or leadership consulting is a plus.
