**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced National Account Development Lead to join our team at The Brinks Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and expansion of our Digital Retail Solutions business in Canada.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and conversion of 400 accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of solutions.
  • Work closely with account sales managers to develop and execute value propositions for customers.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • 5 years of experience in solutions sales to Retail sector customers.
  • Proven track record of selling solutions at a premium in a price-sensitive industry.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
