We’re looking for a motivated, bilingual Property Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of day-to-day leasing and property management operations.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties. This individual will be responsible for leasing, tenant relations, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable communicating with tenants from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and lease vacant units through various platforms and showings
- Handle incoming leasing inquiries and schedule tours
- Conduct tenant screenings, background checks, and prepare lease agreements
- Manage rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and enforce lease compliance
- Respond to tenant concerns and coordinate maintenance requests
- Perform regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and safety
- Maintain accurate records of leases, payments, and work orders
- Assist with tenant move-ins/move-outs, notices, and evictions when necessary
- Provide regular reports to management on occupancy, leasing status, and financials
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Prior experience in property management or leasing (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiar with property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, or similar a plus)
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $42,046.00 - $49,116.00 per year
