What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor - Transitional Age Youth position at The Buckeye Ranch?
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Transitional Age Youth Supervisor to join our Shared Services department. The TAY Supervisor is responsible for ensuring independent living services are provided to PFSN youth in the custody of FCCS age 14 and older. This position will ensure compliance with ORC/OAC, FCCS contract and PFSN/ TBR policy and procedures and the success coach remains in compliance with expectation set within the contract with Ohio Childrens Alliance, Columbus State and Cameron Mitchell restaurant. The TAY supervisor is responsible for keeping the program operating within the allotted budget. The position will model collaboration with other TBR programs, FCCS, families, placement providers and community partners. The TAY Supervisor will assist with PTO coverage for the Bridges and My Place supervisors, which may include after hours as needed and participates in periodic after hour IL events.

Who you are:
- You have a bachelors degree in social work, or related field; masters preferred.
- You have at least two years of TAY experience; supervisor experience desired.
- You are preferably LSW or LPC eligible
- You have an active drivers license and proof of auto insurance.
