Pleasant, SC Days: Monday through Friday ( NO WEEKENDS!) Hours:  2:00 PM to 10:30 PM Pay: $17.00/hr  (up to $1,300 dollars every two weeks!) depending on taxes Responsibilities: Floor Care: Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing various floor types (e.g., tile, hardwood, carpet). Carpet Care: Clean carpets using appropriate methods and equipment, including vacuuming, spot cleaning, and extraction. Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain various floor cleaning equipment, including buffers, scrubbers, carpet extractors, and vacuum cleaners. Chemical Handling: Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to manufacturer instructions, adhering to all safety regulations and ). Other Duties: Perform other janitorial duties as assigned, such as cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, and restocking supplies. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as a Floor Technician or in a related janitorial role, with a focus on floor care. Equipment Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment. Knowledge: Understanding of various floor types, cleaning chemicals, and proper cleaning techniques. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, as well as lift and carry heavy objects. Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check and TB test
