Front Office Administrative Assistant for Cat Resort
We strive to make everyone feel warmly welcomed. As Front Desk Administrative Assistant, you'll be the first impression to visitors both in person and over the phone. Your home base will be at the front desk, but you will be constantly moving around the office and the facility performing various duties.
Your multi-tasking skills and time management will be put to work with varying recurring responsibilities. We are an extremely busy cat hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars, scheduling, and confirming reservations, guests contacts and information.
- Being the 'face' of the company by managing the front desk, handling calls, greeting visitors, writing and receiving emails, receiving packages, etc.
- Must be able to multi-task, have great client communication, strong work ethic and great attitude TEAMWORK IS A MUST
- Interact and communicate closely with other staff to ensure client and pet needs, and concerns are understood and addressed
- Ensuring all cats that come into the facility are up to date on vaccines.
- Scanning documents and adding to pet profile.
- Answering phone calls and questions clients may have.
- Daily cleaning of our front desk/reception area.
- Receiving payments and applying to appointments.
- Helping market our facility on social media platforms.
- Opening and closing daily duties.
