POSITION SUMMARY:
Furthering the HR mission of enabling strategy, shaping behaviors and driving results; the Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with hiring managers and leaders to ensure that CCS hires, retains and efficiently on-boards top talent by identifying future hiring needs, conducting interviews, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation in the Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic office location.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manages the full life cycle of recruiting, from planning, sourcing and assessing through hiring for internal and external hiring.
- Responsible for the timely fulfillment of all open requisitions with top talent for the location.
- Uses the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), to maximize time and ensure the recruiting process is organized and effective.
- Assesses applicant’s knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Maintains strong and consultative relationships with hiring managers and Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure full understanding of the recruiting needs of the business and candidates that will best fit the organization.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with staffing agencies.
- Provides updates on all open positions to Supervisor including market feedback, challenges and trends.
- Promotes open positions through social media, networking and internal/external job boards.
- Provides reporting on all recruiting efforts to the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition team and business partners.
- Conducts reference and background checks; generates, transmits and tracks candidate offers; and assists new hires with onboarding documents.
- Ensures recruiting practices are completed following the established department procedures and in compliance with government regulations.
- Ensures all on boarding documents and paperwork for new Associates is completed, including offer letters, non-compete agreements, background checks, etc.
- Partners with the business to ensure ongoing support of new hires through the 60-day mark.
- Processes all new-hire paperwork and change-in-position paperwork for internal hires, updates the ATS and works with HRBPs to ensure all required documentation is received.
- Files all necessary paperwork and communicates changes to the organization.
- Conducts other HR duties as part of the HR team.
- Ability to maintain a consistent and regular attendance in accordance with an established schedule.
- Ability to work onsite/in-office and in accordance with CCS and department policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruiting role preferred; transferrable experience in a related field or previous position will be considered in lieu of direct experience.
- Advanced English proficiency (writing/reading/speaking) is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality and high ethical standards.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple high priority tasks efficiently.
- High emotional intelligence, intellectual curiosity and strong work ethics.
- Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) preferred.
- Previous experience using Indeed, LinkedIn or other recruitment tools preferred.
- Proficient computer skills in programs, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Associates degree preferred, relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
