Some Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct all facets of assigned investigations in accordance with the Center, OPWDD, NYS Justice Center, and/or SED protocols.
- Submit written reports, forms, etc. in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- 24/7 on call availability for immediate investigation of death, serious reportable incident.
- Other administrative reviews as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Current Level 1 Certified Investigator, preferred.
- At least 2 years experience in I/DD field (OPWDD).
- Valid NYS Driver’s License.
- Must be able to sit, stand, lift 50 lbs.
