What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Development Coordinator position at THE CENTER?
The Center is looking for a Product Development Coordinator to join our growing team. The Product Development Coordinator will assist with all activities related to formula development and responsible for maintaining accurate records, samples and any other organizational needs for the department.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordination of the product development process from brief to commercialization.
- Assist in follow up on all tasks related to the Product Development cycle, in collaboration with the PD Manager.
- Manage external vendors to track and log all product development, testing, and production batch samples to ensure timely review and feedback. Assist in maintaining PD library of all formula and fragrance submissions.
- Assist in management of internal records such as approvals, testing documents, and product briefs/ redirects.
- Coordinate shipping of samples to external vendors and brand stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and quickly adapt to changing organizational needs.
- Work with cross functional teams and external vendors to schedules calls and meetings.
- Assist in other product development related activities as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This is an in-person position that requires the candidate to work from our West Hollywood office Monday-Friday.
