The Pricing and Channel Analyst plays a key role in shaping effective pricing strategies and optimizing channel performance to drive organizational success. This mid-level position requires a blend of analytical acumen and cross-functional collaboration to translate data-driven insights into actionable initiatives. By contributing to profitability enhancement and ensuring market alignment, the analyst helps position the organization for sustainable growth in a competitive landscape.
Assist in developing and refining pricing models using market research and competitive analysis.
Perform margin and cost analyses to support data-driven pricing decisions.
Analyze the performance of sales channels, including e-commerce, retail, and distribution, and recommend improvements.
Maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics, including customer and channel growth, profitability, elasticity and overall performance brining insights and support to channel leadership.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to support the alignment of pricing strategies with business objectives.
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to provide actionable insights.
Execute channel-specific pricing initiatives and support consistency across channels.
Contribute to scenario planning and forecasting efforts for pricing and channel strategies.
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic understanding of statistical analysis techniques.
The pay range/rate of pay for this position is $73,000.00 - $117,000.00 ; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
