By contributing to profitability enhancement and ensuring market alignment, the analyst helps position the organization for sustainable growth in a competitive landscape.
- Assist in developing and refining pricing models using market research and competitive analysis.
- Perform margin and cost analyses to support data-driven pricing decisions.
- Analyze the performance of sales channels, including e-commerce, retail, and distribution, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics, including customer and channel growth, profitability, elasticity and overall performance brining insights and support to channel leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to support the alignment of pricing strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Execute channel-specific pricing initiatives and support consistency across channels.
- Contribute to scenario planning and forecasting efforts for pricing and channel strategies.
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
- Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis techniques.
