Responsibilities
- Heavy calendar management and travel coordination.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events.
- Complete expense reports.
- Field incoming calls and messages.
- Maintaining company databases.
- Uphold established policies and procedures.
- Assuming the duties of Personal Assistant as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
- 5 years prior experience directly supporting C-level executive required.
- Background in finance preferred.
- Highly professional communication skills.
- Must be comfortable with constructive feedback.
- Effective multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
Salary: Up to $90K bonus
