Salary commensurate with experience and licensure Benefits$2500 SIGN ON BONUS!!3 healthcare optionsVision & DentalPTO & Holidays403(b) w / 6% employer matchLife Insurance / Disability and other voluntary optionsDependent Care ReimbursementTuition ReimbursementAgency sponsored loan forgiveness program& More!What you will do in your roleThe Licensed Professional will provide individual, family, and group services to youth between the ages of birth and 21 years old and their families in Chenango County in a variety of setting to improve overall wellness.Carry full caseload and provide clinical services consistent with agency productivity standards.Conduct evaluations and assessments.Develop and implement treatment plans and conduct reviews to monitor progress.Complete and maintain all required documentation in a timely manner in the Electronic Health Record system.Maintain client confidentiality.Work collaboratively with other staff and outside service providers.Provide supervision to other members of the CFTSS team.Attend supervision and staff meetings.QualificationsMaster's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field required.LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist required.Supervision available for candidates operating with a Limited Permit.Must have valid Driver's License and ability to maintain insurance throughout employment.Minimum Salary : 50,000 Maximum Salary : 65,000 Salary Unit : Yearly
