The Children's Home is committed to creating stability and resilience within families through our Home-Based Crisis Intervention (HBCI) program. As a Therapeutic Services Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving this mission by leading our HBCI Team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Our program provides short-term therapeutic interventions to young people aged 5-20 in their homes and communities. We offer a unique approach to delivering mental health, medical, educational, and social resources to families in crisis.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading our HBCI Team and providing guidance on case management and treatment planning
- Coordinating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitoring program activities and making recommendations for improvement
